About the role
IBM Consulting is seeking an Industry Consultant focused on government clients. In this role you will partner with public‑sector agencies to drive digital transformation, improve service delivery and enhance citizen engagement through modern governance solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with government agencies to identify and implement improvements to public services.
- Lead the design and rollout of digital governance initiatives that increase citizen interaction and satisfaction.
- Deliver client‑facing solution implementations, ensuring adoption and measurable impact.
- Work across multidisciplinary teams to align technology, strategy and policy for effective outcomes.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- Experience working with government entities on service improvement or digital governance projects.
- Proven ability to deliver solutions in a client‑facing environment.
- Strong understanding of public‑sector challenges and citizen‑engagement objectives.
