Information Security Specialist – Part‑Time Contract

About the role

Genesis AI is looking for an experienced Information Security Specialist to lead a short‑term effort to assess, improve, and document its security posture. This part‑time contract lasts two weeks and is fully remote, focusing on cloud‑based AI marketplace infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Review and enhance existing information security controls.
• Ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 27001:2022 standards.
• Assess and secure Azure and Hetzner cloud environments.
• Audit user access and permissions via Microsoft Entra ID.
• Evaluate and improve Cloudflare security configurations.
• Review GitLab CI/CD security practices.
• Identify security risks and provide practical remediation recommendations.
• Protect company and marketplace data.
• Deliver a concise summary report with findings and action items.

Required profile

• ISO/IEC 27001:2022 Lead Implementer certification.
• Proven experience in information security and DevSecOps.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Hetzner cloud platforms.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Cloudflare, and GitLab CI/CD.
• Solid understanding of cloud security and access management.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
