Innovations Planner

About the role

Unilever is seeking an Innovations Planner to drive the end‑to‑end execution of new product and process ideas. You will work across functions to ensure innovation projects are scoped, scheduled and delivered on time, supporting the company’s purpose of making sustainable living commonplace.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage innovation project plans from kick‑off through implementation using MS Project.
• Coordinate communication and reporting with all key stakeholders.
• Execute the Innovation Planning Team strategy and ensure on‑time, in‑full delivery of projects.
• Lead weekly category calls and maintain project networks.
• Plan and monitor renovations to minimise waste and avoid loss of time‑on‑task.
• Collaborate with supply‑chain functions to align activities and meet delivery deadlines.
• Support process hygiene, continuous improvement and provide visibility on timing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 1‑3 years of experience in supply chain or project management (preferred).
• Strong analytical, leadership and communication abilities.
• Relationship‑builder who listens, empathises and engages diverse stakeholders.
• Curious, challenger mindset with a focus on digital tools.
