Instructor – Fitness for Service (API 579) Overview Course

About the role

We are seeking an experienced instructor to deliver a five‑day classroom course titled “Fitness for Service (API 579) Overview” for maintenance and asset‑integrity professionals in the oil & gas sector. The training will be conducted in English in Turkmenistan, starting in the fourth quarter of 2026.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver a comprehensive five‑day curriculum covering FFS concepts, lifecycle management, the history and development of API 579‑1/ASME FFS‑1, and practical evaluation methods.
• Facilitate interactive sessions, case studies and on‑the‑job examples to ensure participants can apply the standards in real projects.
• Adapt training materials to the audience’s experience level and answer technical questions throughout the course.
• Provide post‑training feedback and recommendations for further development.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 years of experience in asset integrity and fitness‑for‑service roles within the oil & gas industry.
• At least 3 years of proven experience as a classroom or on‑the‑job trainer.
• Demonstrated expertise in the topics covered by the course.
• Fluent English communication skills.
