Instructor for RBI (API 580/581) Overview Course

About the role

ISS International SpA seeks an experienced instructor to deliver a five‑day classroom course on Risk‑Based Inspection (RBI) covering API RP 580 and 581. The training will be conducted in English in Turkmenistan and is targeted at inspections and maintenance personnel in the oil & gas sector.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a 5‑day, 9‑hour‑per‑day classroom training session.
• Present core concepts of risk‑based inspection, risk and uncertainty, and their application to inspection planning.
• Explain API RP 580 and API RP 581 standards, probability of failure, consequence of failure, and risk calculations.
• Facilitate interactive discussions and practical examples to reinforce inspection planning techniques.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of experience in plant inspection, NDT, and asset integrity within the oil & gas industry.
• Proven track record as a Risk‑Based Inspector or Engineer.
• At least 3 years of experience delivering classroom or on‑the‑job training.
• Fluent English communication skills.
