About the role
MetLife is seeking a motivated Insurance Sales Agent to join its Cairo office. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will promote a range of insurance products, help customers identify their coverage needs, and contribute to the growth of the local market.
Key responsibilities
- Identify prospective clients and assess their insurance requirements.
- Present suitable insurance solutions and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with existing policyholders, providing support and service.
- Ensure all activities comply with local regulatory and company standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline brokerage processes.
Required profile
- Proven experience in insurance sales or brokerage.
- Strong customer‑service orientation and interpersonal abilities.
- Track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
