Integration Engineer – GISACC

About the role

As a member of a highly dynamic team, you will design, develop, and maintain integration solutions that connect enterprise systems and ensure business requirements are met. You will work with TIBCO BusinessWorks and related technologies to deliver reliable, reusable services that add real business value.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and support software applications using TIBCO BusinessWorks based on product backlog priorities.
• Analyze business requirements, identify gaps, and define specifications for development and testing.
• Participate in backlog grooming, add items for review, and resolve defects.
• Deploy and monitor TIBCO applications across multiple environments and manage configuration using Git.
• Conduct technical reviews of design and code, ensuring adherence to team processes and standards.
• Support production monitoring, incident management, and provide troubleshooting assistance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, raise proactive issues, and contribute improvement proposals.

Required profile

• B.Sc. in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Communications or Electronics.
• 0–3 years of experience in integration development.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and time‑management skills.
• High sense of ownership and attention to detail.
