Integration Manager – E-services Portal

About the role

PwC is looking for an experienced Integration Manager to lead the design and implementation of integration solutions for a major e-services project. The project builds a single-window portal using Angular.NET APIs, Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, integrated with multiple entities through an Azure-based architecture.

Key responsibilities

• Design and document the integration architecture using Azure APIM, Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus and supporting resources, ensuring compliance with government security and data privacy standards.
• Develop and manage RESTful APIs with Azure API Management and implement message-based integration with Azure Service Bus.
• Configure Dataverse connectors and workflows in Dynamics 365 and enable data exchange with external systems.
• Deploy and configure Azure resources (APIM, Functions, Service Bus, Storage, Redis Cache, Key Vault) and optimise performance and scalability.
• Implement OAuth2, Azure AD authentication and role-based access control, and manage secrets and certificates in Azure Key Vault.
• Set up monitoring with Azure Monitor and Application Insights, and troubleshoot integration issues proactively.
• Work closely with frontend (Angular) and backend (.NET) teams and coordinate with government IT teams on external integrations.

Required profile

• 7-12 years of experience.
• Strong experience with Azure integration services (APIM, Functions, Service Bus).
• Proficiency in .NET Core/C# for integration logic.
• Hands-on experience integrating Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Knowledge of event-driven architecture, API orchestration and message queuing.
• Familiarity with OAuth2, Azure AD and secure API design.
• Experience with Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines and monitoring tools such as Azure Monitor and Application Insights.
• Preferred: Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect Expert and Power Platform Solution Architect, and experience in government or large-scale enterprise integration projects.
• Strong communication and documentation skills, ability to work in a multi-stakeholder government environment, and problem-solving and analytical thinking.
