Internal Audit Supervisor

About the role

The Internal Audit Supervisor leads complex internal audit engagements, covering performance, financial, and compliance reviews. You will provide consulting services, contribute to the annual audit plan, and mentor junior audit staff while upholding the highest ethical standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver significant elements of the organization’s audit system.
• Identify risk areas and provide input for the annual audit plan.
• Perform audit procedures: issue identification, criteria development, evidence analysis, and documentation.
• Conduct interviews, document reviews, surveys, and prepare working papers and summary memos.
• Document audit issues and recommendations using independent judgment.
• Communicate audit findings through written reports.
• Train, coach, and guide internal audit staff.
• Assist the Internal Audit Director with related assignments and annual plan preparation.

Required profile

• 6‑10 years of full‑time experience in auditing, accounting, or business analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in commerce or a related field.
• Strong professional ethics and ability to work with minimal supervision.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word for reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for presentations.
