Internal Communications Lead

About the role

The Internal Communications Lead serves as the creative voice and strategic bridge between the HR department and the entire workforce. You will ensure that HR initiatives, policies, and engagement activities are communicated clearly, consistently, and with a modern, engaging tone.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and edit HR announcements, newsletters, policy updates, and memos, establishing a consistent "HR Voice" aligned with company culture.
• Manage the internal communication calendar to deliver timely information without overwhelming employees.
• Create visually appealing graphics, digital content, short videos, and presentations using design tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Maintain the HR internal brand identity across all visual materials.
• Document HR events (team building, wellness programs, trainings) through photography, video, and post‑event summaries, producing highlight reels and photo archives.
• Act as a two‑way communication bridge, capturing employee feedback and ensuring effective channel flow.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Human Resources, Public Relations, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in internal communications, HR, or corporate branding.
• Proven experience documenting corporate or team events.
• Fluent copywriting and editing skills in both Arabic and English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Canva.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and the broader Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong copywriting and editing abilities in Arabic and English.
