Main Missions

• Evaluate new investment and acquisition opportunities through rigorous financial and market due diligence.
• Prepare high-quality investment proposals, presentations, and strategic reports.
• Monitor the performance of existing investments and perform variance analysis against budgets and forecasts.
• Conduct in-depth sector and market research, tracking industry trends, regulations, and competitor activity.
• Oversee financial, accounting, and treasury operations for international subsidiaries to ensure compliance.
• Coordinate with legal, compliance, and finance teams to maintain valid regulatory licenses and registrations.

Profile Required

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• 0 to 3 years of professional experience in investment, corporate finance, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical mindset with a proven ability to solve complex problems.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of discretion regarding confidential information.

Required Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Solid understanding of financial statements and taxation principles.
• Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken).
• Strong research and market intelligence capabilities.
• Ability to manage cross-functional coordination with legal and regulatory teams.
