International Sales Assistant & Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

NoviBoost LLC is seeking an ambitious professional to support its Founder in driving international business projects across the fragrance, cosmetics and B2B sectors. This full‑time remote position combines sales development, digital marketing and AI‑driven automation to help expand the company’s global footprint.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new distributors, wholesalers and B2B customers across Africa, Europe and the Middle East.
• Research market opportunities, build prospect databases and conduct LinkedIn prospecting.
• Prepare quotations, commercial offers and track customer samples, collecting feedback.
• Maintain CRM records, generate commercial reports and coordinate customer requests.
• Manage enquiries for BioScent Ltd, support customer communication, process orders, and prepare invoices.
• Operate LinkedIn company pages, schedule and publish social media content, and support executive personal branding.
• Organise commercial documents, maintain customer databases and coordinate internal projects.
• Use ChatGPT and other AI tools to draft professional emails, reports and commercial documents, and propose automation for repetitive tasks.

Required profile

• Highly organized, proactive and business‑oriented professional.
• Fluent in English and Arabic; professional level French is a plus.
• Minimum three years of experience in business development, international sales, commercial operations or export.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
