International telesales trainer

About the role

We are seeking a passionate International Telesales Trainer to lead the onboarding and development of our global telesales team. In this role you will design the full learning journey, from creating training content to coaching agents and measuring performance, ensuring every salesperson reaches their full potential.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end onboarding process for all new sales hires.
• Design and deliver engaging training programs covering sales skills, product knowledge, objection handling, CRM usage and communication.
• Create and continuously improve training materials, playbooks, SOPs, assessments and knowledge‑base content.
• Coach agents through regular 1:1 sessions, call reviews, role‑plays and live feedback.
• Identify skill gaps using sales performance data and quality reports.
• Partner with Sales Managers to boost individual and team performance.
• Certify new hires before they handle customers independently.
• Measure training effectiveness with KPIs such as ramp‑up time, conversion rates, QA scores and productivity.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales training, coaching or learning & development.
• Proven experience training telesales or inside‑sales teams.
• Exceptional presentation and facilitation abilities.
• Strong passion for coaching and developing people.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate performance data into coaching plans.
• Self‑driven and capable of building processes with minimal supervision.
