IT Project Manager – EMEA (Software, Security, BI)

About the role

We are looking for an IT Project Manager to support the planning, execution, and delivery of multi‑disciplinary IT projects—including software, security, and business intelligence—across the EMEA region. The role will act as an agent of change, promoting collaboration, agile methodologies, and adherence to the centralized PMO’s standardized processes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, define, and organise project activities with concrete timelines to create robust project plans.
• Manage scope, schedule, cost, quality, resources, communications, risk, procurement, and stakeholder expectations.
• Proactively identify, assess, prioritize, and mitigate project risks; escalate issues and ensure resolution within target timeframes.
• Build positive relationships with local and regional stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and provide accurate weekly status reports with 100% reporting accuracy.
• Support software development projects using Scrum, facilitating collaboration and removing obstacles.
• Follow and promote standardized PMO methodologies, tools (MS Project, Jira, PWA), and reporting frameworks.
• Monitor performance against KPIs such as Schedule Performance Index (SPI ≥ 90%) and Budget Adherence (≥ 95%).

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of project management experience, including at least 1 year managing IT projects.
• Strong understanding of project management knowledge areas (integration, scope, schedule, cost, quality, resources, communication, risk, procurement, stakeholder management).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices.

Required skills

• CAPM, PMP, or Prince2 Foundation certification.
• Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (LSS‑YB).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, MS Project, Jira, Confluence, and Power BI.
