IT Project Manager

About the role

NexaTG is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead enterprise‑scale digital projects, primarily focused on web development and telecom integrations. This remote, full‑time position bridges technical squads and senior business stakeholders, ensuring delivery aligns with strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of digital projects, from planning and scheduling to execution and formal closure.
• Define project scope, objectives, and realistic plans in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Manage budgets, produce accurate estimates, and monitor spend against approved plans.
• Apply change‑control techniques to handle variations in scope, schedule, and cost.
• Coordinate and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, coach teams on Scrum principles, and protect the Sprint Backlog from scope creep.
• Serve as the primary liaison between internal/external stakeholders and development squads, negotiating scope and managing expectations.

Required profile

• Hands‑on leader comfortable working under pressure in high‑scale telecom and digital transformation environments.
• Proven ability to manage both Agile and Waterfall methodologies with confidence.
• Strong communication skills to interact with senior business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Experience in budgeting, change management, and performance measurement.
