IT Supervisor

About the role

The IT Supervisor will lead the daily operations of the IT department for a hotel within the Accor network. You will ensure the stability, security, and performance of the property’s network infrastructure while supporting the technology needs of staff and guests.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, and telecommunications systems.
• Monitor system performance, resolve bottlenecks, and guarantee maximum uptime.
• Manage backup procedures, disaster recovery plans, and data integrity protocols.
• Lead, mentor, and schedule the IT technical support team, acting as escalation point for complex issues.
• Ensure tickets are resolved within agreed service levels (SLAs).
• Implement and enforce cybersecurity policies, firewalls, antivirus compliance, and access controls.
• Conduct regular system audits to detect vulnerabilities.
• Maintain accurate inventory of hardware, software licenses, and peripherals.
• Coordinate with external vendors and ISPs for procurement, maintenance, and upgrades.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 3–5 years of IT support experience, including 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in hospitality or large‑scale property operations is a strong plus.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, MCSA, CompTIA Network+/Security+, or ITIL.
• Fluent in English and Arabic with strong communication skills.
