IT System & Infrastructure Administrator

About the role

The IT System & Infrastructure Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company's entire IT environment, including servers, storage, networking, and business applications. This role ensures high availability, performance, and security of critical systems while supporting day‑to‑day operations.

Key responsibilities

• Administer physical and virtual servers (VMware) and oversee storage solutions.
• Monitor and tune SQL Server databases to guarantee performance and data integrity.
• Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery processes to ensure business continuity.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network components such as switches, routers, VLANs, and wireless access points.
• Manage Active Directory, user accounts, access permissions, and the Microsoft Dynamics environment.
• Apply IT security best practices and provide advanced technical support when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum five years of experience as a Systems & Infrastructure Administrator or in a comparable role.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving abilities.
