Italian Restaurant Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Italian Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of a premium Italian dining venue in Cairo. The successful candidate will bring a strong background in upscale Italian hospitality, a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences, and the ability to lead a front‑of‑house team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of daily restaurant operations.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Lead, train, and motivate front‑of‑house staff.
• Create and manage staffing schedules and monitor operational performance.
• Maintain food and beverage quality, service standards, and inventory control.
• Control operating costs, monitor stock levels, and manage budgets.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Coordinate with kitchen and management teams for smooth service flow.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally.
• Drive sales initiatives and support business growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a reputable Italian or fine‑dining establishment.
• Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine and hospitality standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and people‑management abilities.
• Experience managing budgets, inventory, and daily restaurant operations.
• Fluent English; additional languages such as Italian are a plus.
• Willingness to relocate to Cairo, Egypt.
• Preference given to Italian nationals or experienced Italian couples.
