About the role
We are hiring a Java Backend Developer to join our technology team and contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of scalable, secure, event‑driven backend systems.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Java‑based microservices.
- Build event‑driven workflows using Apache Kafka.
- Develop and secure REST APIs with Spring Security, JWT, OAuth2 and OIDC.
- Integrate backend services with IAM solutions such as Ping IAM and API gateways like Kong.
- Collaborate on system architecture, performance, scalability and reliability.
- Participate in code reviews and provide production support.
Required profile
- Strong hands‑on experience with Java and Spring Boot.
- Solid understanding of microservices architecture and event‑driven systems.
- Experience designing and developing REST APIs.
- Good knowledge of SQL databases.
- Familiarity with Git version control.
