About the role

Intetics Inc. is seeking a Java Technical Interviewer to join its talent acquisition team. You will be responsible for evaluating Java developer candidates, ensuring they possess the technical expertise required for our projects.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct technical interviews and assessments for Java developer positions, focusing on coding skills, problem‑solving abilities, and Java concepts.
• Collaborate with recruitment teams to refine interview questions and techniques based on role requirements and industry trends.
• Provide detailed feedback and recommendations to hiring managers and HR teams to support hiring decisions.
• Stay updated with the latest Java technologies and updates to effectively assess candidates.
• Participate in creating and standardizing technical interview processes and training materials for interviewers.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Java developer with strong knowledge of Java ecosystems and frameworks.
• Previous experience in technical interviewing, mentoring, or teaching is highly advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to provide constructive feedback and conduct interviews professionally.
• Additional language skills are a plus.
