Jewelry Quality Control Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a meticulous and highly organized Quality Control Assistant to ensure that every piece of fine jewelry meets our exact design specifications and quality standards. You will play a key role from design approval through final inspection, guaranteeing that each item reflects the craftsmanship our brand promises.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect jewelry pieces against original designs and prototypes, checking sizes, proportions, stone settings, metal color, and finishing quality.
• Use detailed checklists and strict quality‑control protocols to document findings.
• Communicate inspection results and any discrepancies with designers, stone setters, and production teams.
• Support operational and administrative tasks related to production and project coordination.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in the fine‑jewelry industry.
• Strong knowledge of jewelry manufacturing processes and stone‑setting techniques.
• Exceptional attention to detail, systematic thinking, and a perfectionist mindset.
• Ability to work with technical drawings and basic 3D models.
• Flexibility to assist with tasks beyond core quality control.
