Junior Accountant – Entry Level Finance Role

About the role

Envision Employment Solutions is seeking a detail‑oriented Junior Accountant to support daily accounting operations. This entry‑level position offers exposure to financial reporting, reconciliation, and compliance within a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Record and maintain daily financial transactions in the accounting system.
• Assist with month‑end and year‑end closing activities.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Reconcile bank statements and company accounts, monitoring discrepancies.
• Process accounts payable and receivable, issue invoices, and follow up on collections.
• Support payroll coordination, tax/VAT preparation, and audit processes.
• Help improve accounting procedures and internal controls.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of accounting experience.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and professional presentation.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel
• ERP or other accounting software
• Understanding of IFRS/GAAP principles (a plus)
