About the role
BlackStone eIT is looking for a Junior AI Engineer to join its Technical Team. The engineer designs, develops and implements AI solutions that address complex business challenges, working closely with data scientists, engineers and stakeholders to build scalable AI models and integrate them into product offerings. The role covers the full AI project lifecycle, from data collection and preprocessing to model training, deployment and monitoring.
Required profile
- 2+ years of experience in AI or machine learning engineering roles
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence or a related field
- Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills
Required skills
- Proficiency in Python and experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch or Scikit-learn
- Knowledge of AI model deployment and monitoring best practices
- Understanding of data processing, feature engineering and model evaluation techniques
- Nice to have: cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization tools such as Docker
