Junior Electrical Tender Engineer (UPS and Critical Power)

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Electrical Tender Engineer to support the preparation of project tenders for UPS and critical power solutions. Working within the Strategic Projects Tendering Team, you will help translate customer RFQs into competitive, technically sound offers that maximise Eaton’s product portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse incoming Request for Quotations (RFQs) and identify suitable Eaton products and solutions.
• Interpret tender drawings and specifications to ensure technical alignment with customer requirements.
• Prepare Comply‑Deviate‑Exception (CDE) documentation and incorporate agreed deviations into the final offer.
• Collaborate with sales, applications engineers, product owners and consultants to build complete bid packages.
• Assist with costing, pricing and technical risk/opportunity analysis using standard tools.
• Maintain tender schedules, communicate progress and flag risks to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience designing electrical distribution systems for commercial/industrial projects.
• Familiarity with large‑scale installation environments and the challenges they present.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
