About the role

Join Americana Restaurants as a Junior HR Operations professional to support HR strategy implementation, employee performance, and engagement across multiple restaurant brands in the MENA region.

Key responsibilities

Assist in executing HR operational plans, compensation and benefits administration, and workforce planning.
Coordinate recruitment and selection for operational positions, manage performance review cycles, and support diversity & inclusion initiatives.
Monitor turnover, TPLH performance, and prepare analytical reports for improvement opportunities.
Facilitate employee engagement activities, roundtable discussions, and recognition programs.

Required profile

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; HR certification is a plus.
1-2 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a multi‑site or retail/F&B environment.
Strong analytical, organizational and reporting abilities with good communication skills.

Required skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
