Junior Network Analyst – French & English (Night Shift)

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Network Analyst to support our French‑speaking and English‑speaking hotel customers. This entry‑level position is ideal for recent graduates or candidates with up to two years of experience in customer service or technical support, and it operates on a night‑shift schedule aligned with American time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from hotel guests and staff professionally.
• Address inquiries, technical issues, and concerns promptly.
• Create, manage, and resolve support tickets following company procedures.
• Escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Handle email communications with clients as required.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and uphold the company’s professional image.
• Adhere to attendance policies, operational procedures, and KPI/KVI targets.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments.
• Stay informed about evolving technologies and company policies.
• Participate in training and development programs.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Fluency in French (mandatory) and good command of English.
• 0–2 years of experience in customer service or technical support.
• Strong communication and customer‑handling abilities.
• Willingness to work night shifts according to American time zones.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• No hearing impairments that could affect call handling.
