About the role
We are seeking a Junior Performance Marketing Specialist to join our remote team in Egypt. You will work on live D2C and e‑commerce accounts from day one, managing real budgets across Meta and Google platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Build and launch paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Monitor daily performance and optimize for ROAS, CPA, and conversion rate.
- Prepare weekly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Conduct structured creative testing and analyze results to drive performance.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of hands‑on paid media experience, including managing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, and CVR.
- Ability to work remotely with discipline and accountability.
- Execution‑focused mindset with speed and ownership.
