Junior Recruiter – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Recruiter to join our remote team as a Recruitment and Onboarding Specialist. You will support the full hiring cycle, from sourcing candidates to ensuring a smooth onboarding experience, while collaborating with a diverse, distributed workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Actively acquire candidates through multiple recruitment platforms and channels.
• Source, screen, and evaluate applicants for fit with role requirements and company culture.
• Manage the end‑to‑end onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a welcoming transition.
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and provide regular status updates.

Required profile

• Previous experience or strong interest in HR, recruitment, or onboarding.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently while adhering to mandatory core hours (11:00 AM–3:00 PM EST).

Required skills

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other job board tools.
