Junior Robotics Data Collector

About the role

CNTXT AI is seeking a Junior Robotics Data Collector to support the creation of high‑quality multimodal datasets for training advanced AI models. You will work hands‑on with cameras, sensors and robotic platforms in lab and controlled real‑world environments, ensuring that every recording meets strict quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Collect egocentric and robot‑mounted data using handheld, head‑mounted or robot‑mounted cameras and sensors such as IMUs and depth cameras.
• Assist in operating humanoid or mobile robots during data‑capture sessions, including setup and calibration of hardware.
• Review and validate collected data for completeness, clarity and accuracy, flagging any issues.
• Prepare experimental environments, execute object‑manipulation, navigation and human‑robot interaction scenarios.
• Maintain detailed documentation of sessions, equipment usage and any problems encountered.
• Follow lab safety protocols and ensure compliance with data privacy and security requirements.

Required profile

• 0–3 years of experience in data collection, field operations or lab environments.
• Technical or hardware‑focused background with comfort handling cameras, sensors and basic computer tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
