Junior Telesales Representative

About the role

Estavo, a PropTech startup, is looking for energetic Junior Telesales Representatives to join its sales team in Sheraton, Cairo. The role involves contacting real‑estate brokers, introducing them to the Estavo platform and helping them activate their free website.

Key responsibilities

• Contact real‑estate brokers by phone and WhatsApp and explain the benefits of the Estavo platform.
• Assist new brokers in creating and activating their free Estavo website.
• Follow up until the website is live and encourage regular use and property listings.
• Identify brokers' needs and potential sales opportunities.
• Maintain organized records of customer information and follow‑up activities.
• Achieve daily and monthly activity and activation targets.

Required profile

• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience.
• Confident, energetic and able to handle rejection positively.
• Willingness to learn and improve through coaching.

Required skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable making calls and speaking with new people.
• Basic computer and internet skills.
