Landscaping Attendant

About the role

Join a leading hotel within the Accor network as a Landscaping Attendant. You will be responsible for maintaining the beauty and functionality of both indoor and outdoor green spaces, contributing to a memorable guest experience and a sustainable environment.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and execute indoor and outdoor landscaping tasks under the Garden Supervisor’s guidance.
• Maintain lawns, gardens, and greenhouse plants, including mowing, watering, fertilising and pesticide application.
• Operate irrigation systems and ensure proper fertiliser and pesticide usage.
• Care for indoor decorative plants and ensure all gardening equipment is well maintained.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments and follow quality management procedures.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by hotel management.

Required profile

• At least a primary school diploma.
• Ability to learn quickly; minimal prior experience required.
• No foreign language, computer, or specific training requirements.

Required skills

• Operation of basic landscaping tools (e.g., lawn mower, pruning equipment).
• Handling of irrigation systems.
• Application of fertilisers and pesticides following safety guidelines.
