Learning & Development (L&D) Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development (L&D) Manager to design, implement, and oversee comprehensive learning strategies across the organization. You will partner with leaders to identify development needs and create impactful programs that drive employee growth and business results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute learning strategies and programs aligned with business objectives.
• Assess individual and organizational development needs and recommend appropriate interventions.
• Deploy a variety of learning methods company‑wide, including coaching, job‑shadowing, and online training.
• Organize e‑learning courses, workshops, and other training events.
• Monitor the effectiveness of development plans and support employees in maximizing learning opportunities.
• Collaborate with managers to create career pathing and talent development plans.
• Manage L&D budgets, negotiate contracts with vendors, and oversee hiring and onboarding of new talent.
• Supervise a team of L&D Specialists, ensuring high‑quality delivery of learning initiatives.

Required profile

• 7–9 years of experience in learning and development or related HR functions.
• Proven track record with effective L&D methods, project management, and budgeting.
• Strong knowledge of e‑learning platforms and best practices.
• Practical experience with MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
• BSc/BA in Business, Psychology, or a related field; CPLP certification is a plus.
