Learning & Development Manager

About the role

Expolink is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Manager to design, deliver, and continuously improve training programs for its staff in Maadi, Cairo.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and enhance training content, instructional materials, and presentations for in‑person, virtual, and blended learning.
• Deliver interactive workshops, webinars, and training sessions, and analyze feedback to improve materials.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts and trainers to gather insights and ensure content accuracy.
• Manage multiple content development projects, track progress, and report on training impact.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience as a training manager or similar role.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English (oral and written).
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer‑oriented skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training technology platforms.
• Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
