Learning & Development Senior Manager

About the role

The Senior Learning & Development Manager will lead enterprise‑wide learning frameworks, ensuring that capability‑building initiatives are tightly aligned with business priorities, leadership needs, and the overall workforce strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the L&D team, embed best practices, and drive continuous improvement of learning standards.
• Own end‑to‑end design and delivery of leadership training programs while business units manage functional trainings.
• Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to conduct learning needs analysis, translate workforce strategy into prioritized interventions, and establish assessment methodologies.
• Design scalable learning programs and leadership curricula, define content architecture and learning pathways across job families.
• Oversee rollout of programs across business units and geographies, define evaluation frameworks, and measure learning effectiveness and ROI.
• Provide HRBPs and leadership with data‑driven learning insights, highlight capability risks, and recommend targeted development actions.
• Define enterprise Individual Development Plan (IDP) standards, governance, and quality benchmarks, ensuring alignment with performance reviews and talent strategy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role within L&D or Talent Management.
• Proven experience designing and governing enterprise‑wide capability frameworks.
