Legal AI Prompt Writer - Remote

About the role

We are seeking legal professionals to help train and evaluate AI systems that work with legal documents and administrative workflows. This remote contractor position blends modern AI technology with meticulous legal documentation work, ideal for detail‑oriented, process‑driven individuals.

Key responsibilities

• Create clear AI prompts and reference responses based on real legal documents, contracts, policies, and procedural forms.
• Review, rank, and score AI‑generated outputs for legal accuracy, completeness, and compliance with guidelines.
• Annotate and digitise information from scanned or paper‑based legal records, flagging ambiguities, inconsistencies, and missing data.

Required profile

• Degree, diploma, or equivalent experience in Law, Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, or a related field.
• Hands‑on experience drafting, reviewing, filing, or organizing legal documents and workflows.
• Familiarity with structured, paper‑heavy environments such as courts, municipalities, ministries, agencies, universities, hospitals, or NGOs (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail for spotting inconsistencies in dates, parties, citations, numbering, and cross‑references.
• English proficiency of at least B2 level for understanding guidelines and writing rationales.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Google Docs.
• Experience handling PDFs and using redlining/track‑changes features.
