About the role

WAJJAD is seeking a full‑time remote legal professional to support its suite of B2B platforms across governance, legal, financial and real‑estate domains. The role involves ensuring that all digital products comply with applicable laws and regulatory frameworks while embedding legal standards into the platform design.

Key responsibilities

• Review, draft, and structure legal documents, agreements, policies and governance frameworks.
• Provide legal consulting to internal teams and external clients on risk, compliance and contract matters.
• Identify and mitigate legal issues related to data usage, platform architecture and commercial transactions.
• Collaborate with product, operations and business stakeholders to integrate legal requirements into digital workflows.
• Maintain clear, accessible legal documentation and contribute to the development of terms of use and governance policies.

Required profile

• Law degree (LLB) or equivalent; bar admission or advanced qualifications are a plus.
• Proven experience handling complex corporate, technology or commercial legal issues.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Excellent communication skills for conveying legal concepts to both legal and non‑legal audiences.

Required skills

• Familiarity with technology, SaaS and platform‑based business models.
• Knowledge of data protection, commercial and corporate regulations.
