Logistics Executive

About the role

The Logistics Executive will support Johnson & Johnson's supply chain operations in Cairo, ensuring that goods move efficiently from origin to customer. Working in a hybrid setting, you will report to the Logistics Lead and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to maintain high service levels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage shipping routes to optimize cost and delivery time.
• Prepare and verify all export and import documentation.
• Coordinate customs clearance processes and resolve any regulatory issues.
• Monitor delivery performance and address customer satisfaction concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory movements, and logistics metrics.
• Support inventory management activities in alignment with supply‑chain planning.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in logistics, transportation or supply‑chain operations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
• Effective communication skills for interaction with internal teams and external partners.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment and adapt to changing priorities.
