About the role
We are a leading logistics and import/export company seeking a proactive Logistics & Operations Coordinator to manage end‑to‑end documentation and tracking of shipments. The role ensures compliance, accuracy, and operational efficiency for both import and export activities.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the complete documentation process for inbound and outbound shipments.
- Track shipments and maintain accurate records to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs agents, and internal teams to resolve issues.
- Ensure all regulatory and compliance requirements are met.
- Support the logistics team in continuous process improvement.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 1‑3 years of experience, with at least one year in freight forwarding and import operations.
- Highly organized and detail‑oriented.
