About the role
The Loss Prevention Officer ensures the safety of guests, employees and assets at the Sheraton Sharm Hotel Resort Villas & Spa. Working full‑time on‑site, you will patrol the property, monitor security systems and respond swiftly to any incidents.
Key responsibilities
- Patrol all areas of the property and assist guests with room access.
- Monitor CCTV, perimeter alarms, duress alarms and fire‑life‑safety systems.
- Lock entrances when required and conduct daily hazard inspections.
- Respond to accidents, provide first aid/CPR or call EMS as needed.
- Defuse guest or employee disturbances and escort unwelcome persons.
- Complete incident reports, shift summaries and loss‑prevention documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality of all security reports and property information.
- Assist guests with disabilities and ensure a welcoming environment.
Required profile
- Physical ability to stand, walk or run for extended periods.
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm and professional during emergencies.
- Willingness to follow company policies, safety training and uniform standards.
