Maintenance Engineer

About the role

Gretex Facility Management is looking for a Maintenance Engineer to support operations across multiple client sites. The role involves ensuring the reliability of building systems and delivering high‑quality maintenance services.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities at assigned locations.
• Coordinate electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and general building maintenance works.
• Identify technical issues and implement effective solutions to maintain uninterrupted operations.
• Develop and improve maintenance plans, procedures, and site performance.
• Work closely with clients to understand requirements and provide practical technical solutions.
• Monitor service quality and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Prepare maintenance reports and performance analyses.
• Lead and support maintenance teams to achieve operational excellence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical preferred).
• Proven experience in the Facility Management industry.
• Strong knowledge of building maintenance systems and services.
• Ability to develop innovative solutions and improve service delivery.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and team management skills.
