Management Controller, Finance

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Management Controller to join our finance team. You will be responsible for delivering accurate financial reporting, supporting billing processes, and ensuring compliance across the division.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly divisional P&L reports and compile the overall finance dashboard.
• Produce and submit routine internal GPS reports.
• Assist in the preparation of sales invoices and support the billing process.
• Review, validate, and approve purchase orders in line with company policy.
• Conduct internal compliance checks, including document management and travel & expense validations.
• Contribute to internal control roadmaps and execute audit action plans.
• Partner with the Shared Service Center and banking partners to manage treasury workflows, payroll, government payments, and free cash‑flow forecasting.
• Coordinate with central finance teams and global entities to monitor and resolve accounts‑receivable overdue items.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• 2–4 years of progressive experience in financial controlling, FP&A or corporate reporting, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing sector.
• Full professional proficiency in English; working knowledge of French is an asset.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to manage deadlines independently.

Required skills

• Advanced MS Excel (data modelling, lookups, pivot tables).
• Working knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP.
