Management & Leadership Instructor (AI Training)

About the role

We are seeking experienced management and leadership educators to help shape AI systems’ understanding of organizational behavior, decision‑making and team dynamics. This fully remote, flexible contract role lets you influence the quality of AI‑generated scenarios in a cutting‑edge domain.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated management and leadership scenarios for accuracy and realism.
• Evaluate AI reasoning related to team dynamics, incentive structures, and organizational design.
• Identify flawed assumptions, weak decision logic, or unrealistic managerial recommendations.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to improve AI reasoning quality.
• Work independently and asynchronously, completing task‑based assignments on your own schedule.

Required profile

• 3+ years teaching management or leadership at the post‑secondary level.
• Strong command of organizational behavior, leadership theory and management frameworks.
• Ability to evaluate decision‑making quality and identify trade‑offs.
• Comfortable reviewing written scenarios and delivering well‑reasoned critiques.
• Self‑motivated, reliable and able to meet deadlines independently.
