Market Access Lead - Primary Care

About the role

EVA Pharma is looking for an experienced and strategic Market Access Lead for its primary care portfolio in Cairo. The role ensures that the company's primary care products achieve optimal patient access and reimbursement, by leading market access strategies, engaging with key stakeholders and championing the value of its therapies across diverse healthcare systems.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement tailored market access strategies for primary care products, including Cardiometabolic, Anti-infective, Pulmonology and Bone & Pain portfolios
• Lead the preparation of value dossiers, HTA submissions and reimbursement negotiations
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Commercial and Governmental Affairs to align access strategies
• Build and maintain relationships with payers, policymakers, healthcare providers and patient advocacy groups
• Monitor healthcare policy, reimbursement trends and competitive dynamics
• Support evidence generation, including real-world data and HEOR studies
• Manage and develop a team of market access professionals, providing coaching, performance feedback and career development
• Track and report on market access performance metrics

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or a related field (master's preferred)
• At least 4 years of market access experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in primary care therapeutic areas
• Demonstrated experience in people management and team leadership
• Strong knowledge of healthcare systems, reimbursement processes and payer dynamics in Egypt
