Marketing Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to support a fast‑growing US company with influencer outreach, campaign coordination, and growth strategy execution. This remote, full‑time position offers the chance to work directly with US founders and gain international marketing experience.

Key responsibilities

• Source and onboard influencers on Instagram, TikTok and emerging platforms.
• Execute high‑volume outreach and align creators with campaign goals.
• Manage briefs, scripts, and video assets to ensure timely delivery.
• Track engagement metrics and optimise campaign performance.
• Maintain consistent influencer communications and relationship management.
• Update databases and compile clear, actionable campaign reports.

Required profile

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Proven experience in influencer marketing or digital communications.
• Strong outreach capabilities with a high‑volume sourcing mindset.
• Detail‑oriented, analytical and comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Notion.
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills.
• Experience using CRM tools.
