Marketing Assistant (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to support a fast‑growing US startup with influencer outreach, campaign coordination, and growth strategy execution. This fully remote position offers the chance to gain international experience while working directly with founders and marketing leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Source and onboard influencers on Instagram, TikTok and emerging platforms.
• Execute high‑volume outreach, aligning creators with campaign objectives.
• Manage briefs, scripts and video assets to ensure timely delivery.
• Track engagement metrics and optimise campaign performance.
• Maintain consistent communication and relationship management with influencers.
• Update databases and compile clear, actionable campaign reports.

Required profile

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Proven experience in influencer marketing or digital communications.
• Strong outreach capabilities with a high‑volume sourcing mindset.
• Detail‑oriented, analytical and comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
