Marketing Automation Manager

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Marketing Automation Manager to lead our digital marketing activities using a modern, automated stack. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will design and operate systems that make marketing consistent, automated, trackable, and scalable.

Key responsibilities

• Build, manage, and optimise automation workflows in HubSpot or a similar platform, including lead capture, segmentation, nurturing, scoring and reporting.
• Plan and execute multi‑channel campaigns (email, paid ads, landing pages, social, webinars) aligned with business goals and measurable KPIs.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate content creation, copywriting, ad variations and creative concepts while maintaining brand quality.
• Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and other growth channels, set up tracking, budgets and performance dashboards.
• Develop analytics dashboards and recurring reports to monitor conversion, cost per lead and ROI.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital marketing automation and growth‑focused campaign execution.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable improvements.
• Comfortable working autonomously and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
