Marketing Communications Manager

About the role

The Marketing Communications Manager will lead the corporate communications team to strengthen the company’s image, boost brand awareness and support after‑sales activities through integrated advertising, media, point‑of‑sale and partnership initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and execute the overall marketing strategy and communication plans.
• Represent the organisation with investors, clients, media and other external stakeholders.
• Innovate creative processes, develop brand architecture, guidelines and manuals, and recommend improvements.
• Prepare the yearly commercial calendar and coordinate with partners.
• Act as the brand spokesperson, manage media relations and public‑relations strategies.
• Select and oversee external agencies, media partners and event management firms.
• Develop and launch media‑marketing campaigns, social‑media plans, product/brand events, exhibitions, POS materials and literature.
• Support Phase‑In‑Phase‑Out (PIPO) planning and ensure consistent PR management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or a related field; MBA or postgraduate studies preferred.
• 8–12 years of progressive experience in marketing, corporate communications, brand management or integrated marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in manufacturing, building‑materials, construction‑materials, industrial products, FMCG or B2B sectors is highly valued.
• Proven track record of managing integrated marketing campaigns and corporate communication programmes.
• Experience collaborating with external agencies, media partners and event management companies.
