Marketing Manager – IMEA

About the role

Ecolab is looking for an IMEA Marketing Manager to drive growth, retain customers, and differentiate our portfolio across the region. You will partner with sales, product, and innovation teams to develop and execute strategic marketing programs that support aggressive growth targets.

Key responsibilities

• Support sales growth, customer retention and profitability through strategic planning and execution of marketing programs.
• Drive marketing efforts for existing products and collaborate across regions to launch global innovations.
• Provide the sales force with tools, training, competitive intelligence and actionable reporting.
• Develop deep customer and market insights, communicate needs and opportunities.
• Create short‑ and long‑term demand‑generation, market‑research, forecasting and pricing strategies.
• Assist in building sales and customer training programs and sales enablement tools.
• Deliver competitive intelligence to field teams and stay current on market trends.
• Lead cross‑functional project teams as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 8 years of relevant experience, or an MBA with 5 years of experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and internet research.
• Demonstrated initiative, leadership, and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
