Marketing Manager

About the role

Mantaray Digital Solutions is seeking a full‑time Marketing Manager to lead data‑driven marketing initiatives for its software products and services. Based in Cairo with a hybrid work arrangement, you will shape brand awareness and support business growth across digital and offline channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Plan, launch, and manage digital (SEO/SEM, social media, email) and offline campaigns.
• Oversee creation and maintenance of content, creative assets, and marketing collateral.
• Collaborate closely with sales, product, and development teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Analyze performance metrics using analytics tools and optimize campaigns for ROI.
• Manage social media presence, website updates, and email marketing programs.
• Support events, partnerships, and other promotional initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in marketing management for technology or software products.
• Strong digital marketing background, including SEO/SEM, social media, and email marketing.
• Ability to develop content and creative strategies, supervise copywriting and design.
• Proficiency in marketing analytics, reporting, budgeting, and data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
• Experience in a software house, tech startup, or B2B services environment preferred.
• Fluent English with strong business‑level communication.
