Marketing Specialist – B2B Printing & Packaging

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to drive the promotion of our B2B printing and packaging solutions. The role combines strategic planning, digital and offline marketing, brand management and content creation to support sales and strengthen our market position.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with business and sales objectives.
• Manage the company’s digital presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, the website and other channels, including content calendars, SEO, digital campaigns, landing pages, email marketing and LinkedIn outreach.
• Create and maintain sales and marketing collateral such as company profiles, brochures, presentations, catalogues, case studies and sector‑specific materials, and support the sales team with clear value propositions.
• Plan and coordinate participation in exhibitions, conferences and industry events, handling pre‑ and post‑event activities, lead follow‑up, booth requirements and promotional items.
• Maintain consistent brand image across all communication channels, ensuring corporate identity is applied to the website, social media, presentations, quotations, printed materials and events.
• Organise photography and video production for products, facilities and projects, and build a strong portfolio and case‑study library.
• Conduct market and competitor research, monitor marketing performance, prepare reports and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Experience in manufacturing, printing or packaging sectors is a plus.
